*Gunner Demkoopas appear and point their guns at the two.*

Sonic: Aw, we're sorry. Maybe we could make it up to you?
Sonic zooms by the Demkoopas, knocking out all of them.

Somari: Nice shot!

*The groaning came from Soluigi in the experiment room.*

Sonic conveniently enters the experiment room.

*Somari tries to catch up, but..*

*The door shuts itself and locked Sonic in.*

Somari: Oh no! Sonic!

*The screen appears in front of Sonic. It was Conira.*

Conira: What's this? Another complaint from a friend of the consumer? Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Sonic: No, I'm just here to rescue someone.
Sonic walks past the screen.

Conira: Like my test subject?

*Soluigi's eyes are red as he is snarling*

Conira: And if you're going to shut down the whole factory like the last two intruders, then I'm afraid we're going to do this hard way. You, destroy him!!

*Soluigi headbutts Sonic.*

Sonic merely grabs Soluigi.
Sonic: Wait...you mean you fed him one of those Black Apples?

Conira: Guilty as charged. He is not only my subject, but the other victims as well.

*two cages fall from above and breaks, revealing Power Pooch and Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past from the Future. The two already ate the black apples.*

Conira: Now you're outnumbered. Now my slaves, destroy the blue hedgehog!

*The two attack Sonic.*

Sonic Spindashes Power Pooch, knocking him into Cybernetic Ghost.

*Power Pooch gets up and punches Sonic.*

Sonic spins around Power Pooch, forming a tornado that sends Power Pooch flying.

*Cybernetic Ghost gets up and uses laser beams at Sonic.*

Sonic dodges the laser beams and uppercuts the Cybernetic Ghost.

*Cybernetic Ghost used sawblades and dashes to Sonic.*

Sonic jumps over the Cybernetic Ghost.

Conira: Pesky metallic slave!! Attack him!!

*Cybernetic Ghost continues to run toward to Sonic.*

Sonic Spindashes the Cybernetic Ghost.

*The Dark Spore from Cybernetic Ghost vaporizes.*

Conira: Don't just stand there, fight him!

Cybernetic Ghost: I am free from the demonic curse of the darkness. Now I, The Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past from the Future, will take revenge on the one who forced me to commit heinous crimes.

Conira: Hah, you think you beaten only one? You have to deal with the mutt now!

*Power Pooch spin punches Sonic.*

Sonic grabs Power Pooch's fist and twists it.

*Power Pooch screams in pain as Soluigi slams his foot on Sonic.*

Sonic ties Soluigi up with some rope he happened to find, then Spindashes Power Pooch.
