Awesome Ninja Land, Manhattan (Original/Bad Dudes)

This "land" isn't really a land at all. It's just a somewhat large apartment complex. And the ninjas that live there don't really do anything except party and go to war with the Samurai landlords. And it's not that foreign; in fact, it's in the middle of Manhattan. That doesn't stop the resident ninjas from calling it "Awesome Ninja Land". Occasionally, the ninjas get drunk and go kidnap a president. The last time they did this was with "President Ronnie", so no one really cared, except two dudes, eager to prove their badness.
