Six of Gotham City's most dangerous criminals have escaped custody! They are believed to be hiding within the city. However, one has been spotted: Catwoman. She recently robbed Gotham Bank and is trying to escape with her prize. We believe the others will come out of hiding soon enough. What we need is a crack team to go in and defeat these nefarious evildoers!

Special Notes:

Catwoman is there from the beginning. Whoever knocks her out gets back the money she stole and, if they return it to the bank, they heal 10 HP.
The Penguin is believed to be planning a heist as well. Catwoman acted quickly, but the Penguin does not know that. He is projected to arrive at the scene in 5 turns.
The Scarecrow might still be in his warehouse lair. If the battle moves within six squares of it, he will likely come out to defend his warehouse.
Killer Croc has an easy trail to find, and was traced to the pier. However, none of Gotham's police force could swim, so they could not get to him. He can smell blood and sweat to some extent, and will come out to fight whenever someone has been reduced to under half their HP.
Harley, being protective of her "Puddin'", will burst out from wherever she and the Joker are hiding and fiercely defend him and their safe zone once one of Gotham's crooks has been taken out.
The Joker, having self-preservation in mind, but still wanting to seem like he cares for Harley, will only come out once two of Gotham's crooks are taken out and Harley has taken damage.

I moved the topic here so that people might notice. Oh, teams of four to six (one person controlling four to six characters) are needed to participate. Do not have them all be broken characters, though my definition of broken will be fairly strict for this.
