The World That Never Was (Kingdom Hearts II)

Filler the Nobody watches.

When the glowing stops, Elbirroh is gone.

Darkling: That was a lot more different than I thought I would be.

OOC: Yes, the color was intentional.

Filler the Nobody picks his non-existant nose.

Sora wakes up.

Sora: ...Huh?

Darkling suddenly gains a black aura around him.

Riku and Kairi start to wake up as well.

The aura starts to get sucked out of Darkling and float above the group in a misty form.

Riku and Kairi both fully wake up.
Riku: What's going on?

Eventually, the aura disappears and there is a lot of Black Mist above the group. Darkling falls over as the spikes in his armor start to smoothen out and the horns on his helmet become two feathers (though they are still metal).

Sora: ...?

Riku and Kairi both watch.

Darkling's armor becomes white with gold markings as the mist begins to form into a shape.

Filler the Nobody starts baking a cake.

Sora walks over to Kairi and Riku as the mist begins to look like the previous version of Darkling, except more ghost like.

Darkling gets up.

Darkling: (Elbirroh's voice) ...? How did I get in here? Where am I?

Riku: Uh...the World That Never Was.
Kairi: Elbirroh?

Darkling: I've never heard of that name before...But...It rings a bell...

OOC: Elbirroh is now whole and Darkling is now a mist that has to possess people in order to survive.

Kairi: So you don't remember us?

Elbirroh thinks deeply.

Elbirroh: ...Hrm...Uh...Something with a K...

Mist Darkling flies out of the topic.

OOC: I guess this can eventually lead into your plot? >.> I think I have some Ideas for the Princesses of Heart.

Kairi: Kairi.

Elbirroh: Yes! That's right! Kairi! ...So, Kairi, is there a reason why I'm suddenly here out of nowhere?

Kairi: Uh...you merged with someone named "Darkling".

Elbirroh: ...You mean...My...urghhhh...Heartless?

Kairi: Yeah.

Elbirroh: I was turned into a Heartless when I was defeated by one, and took my heart...I barely remember anything...

Riku: Well, you're good, aren't you?

Elbirroh: You can't tell by my armor?

Riku: Just making sure.
