Before Chowder, Transformers, and even Spongebob Squarepants was first made, there are old cartoons from the 1930's (or 1920) still exist today, but was currently seen in internet cartoon channels.
Therefore, if you were born in the 90's, you haven't learned about very old cartoons such as Popeye, Betty Boop, Felix the Cat, Little Lulu and even other old cartoons. Heck, I seen them in the ice cream shop. Sometimes in the leather jacket store where they have Popeye as a street gangsta from the hood.
