Reaper's Sanctuary (Aura of the Moon)

Werewolf Joshua: Nathaniel, you stay here too.

Nathaniel: WHAT!?!?

Werewolf Joshua: We don't know exactly what this guy can do and I can't risk losing you.

Nathaniel: Screw that load of crap! I can take this guy!

Werewolf Joshua: *Growls.* Nathaniel, NO!!!

Nathaniel looks at Joshua in fear.

Werewolf Joshua: Please...

A rope drops down from the Ever After. The Pied Piper grabs onto the rope as the Ever After flies out of the topic.

Nathaniel: He's getting away! What should we do!?

Werewolf Joshua: We need to inform the Head REaper of what just happened.

The brothers run back inside and into the Head Reaper's office.

Nathaniel: Head Reaper!

Head Reaper: What!? What happened!?

Nathaniel: This guy named the Pied Piper managed to capture the student reapers and now plans on punishing them for your actions. He just flew away on a massive airship!

Head Reapers: No doubt he is working with the Wolf and Mr. Gingerbread. You boys needn't worry. I'll send my top reapers after him.

Nathaniel: But sir-

Head Reaper: NO BUTS!!! You already have a mission to do.

Werewolf Joshua: Mission? What mission!?

Nathaniel: Well...

Nathaniel explains to Joshua about what has happened at Main Street.

Werewolf Joshua: WHAT!?!? AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME EARLIER!?!?

Nathaniel: You were still in the shower at the time.

Werewolf Joshua: Maria is there! I have to save her!

Head Reaper: I'll make you a portal leading to Main Street.

The Head Reaper stands up and grabs his scythe. He closes his eyes and starts to chant with an ancient language. A large portal opens infront of the brothers.

Head Reaper: Go now! Your mission begins!

The brothers jump into the portal and leave the topic.

Viladek and Eclipse run to the Head Reapers office.

Viladek: We have to do something!

Head Reaper: I have it under control. Go back to your quarters.

Viladek: YOU have it under control? You haven't done anything besides order people around! THERE'S NO ONE LEFT BESIDES US!

Head Reaper: I SAID GO BACK TO YOUR QUARTERS!!! THAT IS AN ORDER!!!

Viladek: I don't know about you, But I plan on doing something about this!

Viladek disappears, leaving the topic.

Eclipse: Uhh...

Eclipse floats out of the room.

The Head Reaper waves his hand and magically locks the door. He then gets up and heads through the door behind his chair. He walks down a set of stairs and enters a small room that looks like an alter. He kneels down before the alter and starts to pray.

Meanwhile...

Lacy: What happened?

Eclipse: Viladek went after that ship that captured everyone!

*Pikachu leaves.*

Eclipse: Lacy? Hello?

Lacy: Then what are we doing here!? Lets go!

Lacy and Joziel leave the topic.

Eclipse disappears.

Death suddenly appears over the altar and looks down at the Head Reaper.

Head Reaper: Father...

Death: Where are my other children?

Head Reaper: Father, they were captured and taken away.

Death: By whom?

Head Reaper: A group of Shamans. The children have only encountered three of them, but I'm sure there are more. The only reapers who weren't captured were Joziel, Lacy, Viladek, and Eclipse.

Death: ... Isn't there one more reaper you forgot to mention?

Head Reaper: Nathaniel Amnott? ... I really haven't considered him a full fledged reaper. His powers aren't as developed as that of a regular teenage reaper.

Death: Keep an eye on his progress. You will see.

Head Reaper: Sir?

Death: Just do it.

And with that, Death disappears. The Head Reaper grumbles to himself and then exits the secret altar. He goes back behind his desk and waits for the safe return of the student reapers.

My characters return along with the once captured students.

The once-captured students go back to their business. Viladek and Eclipse go to the head reaper.

The Head Reaper looks up at Viladek and Eclipse and smiles and laughs.

Head Reaper: You did it! You brought the students back! I am very proud of both of you!

The Head Reaper turns his head to the door behind his chair and then turns back to Viladek and Eclipse, smiling.

Head Reaper: Could you two leave the room for a second? I have something I must attend to.

Viladek: Sure.

The Duo does so.

The Head Reaper stops smiling and heads through the door, into the secret altar. He bows before the altar as Death appears.

Head Reaper: What is it that you want, father?

Death: The brothers will be showing up soon. I want you and the other reapers to trap them and imprison them in the dungeon.

Head Reaper: Sir!?

Death: They have commited a... sin. The death of a fellow reaper. I saw it through my own sockets. I want you to keep them in there until I pass judgement.

Head Reaper: ...... Understood, father.

Death disappears. The Head Reaper stands back up, frustrated, and heads out of the altar, back into the office. He sits in his seat and starts contemplating.

Head Reaper: *Thinking: I don't understand. If a reaper died, then why wasn't it reported? Didn't all the reapers make it back safely?*

The Head Reaper sighs.

Head Reaper: You two can come back in now...

Viladek and Eclipse, who hadn't moved after they left the room, hear all of this, minus The Head Reaper's thoughts.

Eclipse: Wha...?

Viladek covers his mouth.

Head Reaper: I have a question for you two: are you sure every student reaper is back here, safe and sound in the sanctuary?

Eclipse: ...Yes?

Head Reaper: Are you SURE? .........
