Ban of Implied Joke Characters

Judge Ruby went to Springfield and informed Judge Harm that the Controversial Registered Character named "Clawdia Koopa" has been Reborn, and according to the Cautious Dimensional Law: The Implied Joke Characters are Banned from existance. So Judge Harm Goes on a Journey searching for Clawdia Koopa, and if she finds her at the existance She Will Call the Zone Cops to remove her from the Dimension.
