Hollingsworth Museum of Fine Art (Origional/Mushroom World)

The Hollingsworth Museum is obviously owned by Miss Mayella Hollingsworth and contains some of the world's best paintings and sculptures... you know, like priceless artwork that theives go after. Luckily the Museum's guards do a pretty good job, or else they wouldn't have jobs.

The Museum consists of two floors: the first floor is contains all of the art exhibits and the second floor consists of Hollingsworth's Office and a studio.

Don't touch the paintings! Who knows what would happen if you accidentally touched the wrong one?

There are many police officers both outside and inside the museum, and what sounds like a big commotion is heard.

Adeline appears outside of the museum. She breathes in and lets a breath of relief.

Ado: It's great to get away from Dreamland and visit other planets! *Looks around.* This place looks interesting!

As Adeline is walking towards the museum, she hears the commotion inside and stops.

Ado: Oh dear! *To a police officer.* Excuse me, but what is going on inside?

Officer 1: Something very valuable has been stolen miss-

Mayella (to Officer 2): What do you mean theyah's nothin' you can do!

Officer 2: Look May, there's nothing left we can do. This Phil character is pretty slick...

Mayella: What ah ya'll gett'n paid ta do anywahs? Ah hiyah gahds so this type of stuff dosen't happen!

Officer 2: We do the best we can, Maye-

Mayella: Ya'll 'bout as useful as an umbrellah in Georgiah dur'n a draht in Julah!

Ado: *Walks over to Mayella.* Excuse me, but are you the one that owns this museum?

Mayella: Yes hon, but ah'm afraid we're not open at tha moment, as you c'see. Something very important to this museum... and in many cases, the worlds, has jus' been stolen!

Ado: The worlds!? What is it?

Mayella: Hmm... maybe it's bettah if ah show you.

May walks towards a blank canvas and starts to paint. The result is what looks like a motion picture of sorts.

Mayella: Ages ago, older than the both of us together, there was a magical paintbrush that the gahds used to create many of the worlds of the Universes. On one of mah Curatorial adventures ah was able to bah it fo this very museum, but it has been stolen bah none otha than Steely Phil!

Ado: Who is "Steely Phil"?

Mayella: Arnold's Grandpa Wah, he is an Aht Theif, and notorious for that! I do declare, it makes me madder than tripp'n over a lemonade stand during a dry spell and gett'n attacked by bees jus' after dawn!

Ado: Huh!?

Mayella: You seem like n' artist, so ah can see your concern, but ah'm not sure that you would be able to help.

OOC: If only Ado had some type of artistic power that she could show to Hollingsworth...

Adeline walks over to the front wall of the museum and starts to draw an apple on it. Three seconds later, the apple becomes real. Adeline then kneels over,picks the apple up, and takes a bite out of it.

Ado: Not sure, huh?

Mayella: Mah word! Wah you have the talent! Tha gahds have entrusted you with a power not many artists have! Oh ho ho , deah, do come with me!

Mayella then walks up the the second floor and enters the Studio, a rather large room where there are seven wall columns in a circle, and a marble podium in the center. Only one of the five columns has a painting hung on a red frame, and the one in the back has nothing but a broken frame.

E= entrance, the red-black are the seven colums in order, and the P is the podium.

Adeline follows Mayella into the Studio.

Mayella: This is a special room, hon. As you can see, this podium is where the brush was before being stolen. We both have a special talent, the talent to bring ah creations to life. Well, the brush grants anyone that ability, and even more so because of its power.
After stealing the brush, Steely Phil jumped into the Paint World through that black frame there and shattered the painting so that none can get in, or out. Wah, its tighter than mah pants after an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast!

Ado: So how do we fix the painting?

Mayella: There used to be seven portraits in this room, including the one ah just told you about. Each painting was special because it was a dimensional portal to another world! Ah have a feel'n that Phil hid a piece of the painting in each painting, but in order to get from one painting to tha next, you'll need ta start off at the painting with tha red frame. Mostly because it's that only painting left! Oh ho ho!

So, Miss...?

Ado: Adeline, but you can call me Ado.

Mayella: Well, Miss Ado, I am Mayella, but ya'll can call me May! Now Miss Ado, would you be up to this daunting task? Without tha brush, all artist inspiration cannot become a reality!

Ado: Of course. This isn't my first adventure, so I know what I should do.

Mayella: WONDERFUL! *Mayella then kind of jumps, which makes the room shake* Wah, this makes me happier than a red velvet cake topped with vanilla ice cream and a bucket of fried chicken right after a big meal of pasta and honey-smoked ham at the state fair! In that case, jus' jump into tha red-framed painting when you're ready. Ah'd come, but ah'm afraid I cannot: you know, old age,leg problems, and I don't do stairs and hills well, but ah can give you this!

*May whistles and a paint brush shaped pixil flies out*

Zanello: Si signora? What I can do for you?

Mayella: Ado, this is Zanello, my dear pixil friend, he shall help you on your journey! Deah, sho Miss Ado what you can do!

Zanello starts to paint in midair and a block forms, coming crashing to the ground.

Mayella: This technique will help you in many ways, hon, n' he can also paint a doorway back here!

Good luck ya'll! N' now to go n' find me some of that cake! Ah ha ha ha!

OOC: Dean Zanello? *Shrugs.*

IC:

Adeline runs over to the red framed painting and jumps into it.

OOC: Look up zanelle and meet me in the next topic.

IC:

Zanello does the same and the two are transported to Mumbo's Mountain.

Adeline suddenly reappears before Mayella.

Ado: We're back, and we got a canvas piece!
