Zaffira: You guys might not believe this, but I've come from the future. I was supposed to come looking for an Item that I need. It that was taken from my time into your time, and I found a time hole. I jumped in, and landed here. I had no idea The Mushroom Kingdom used to have evil rule...

Meanwhile...

Alanna shoots out of the Time Hole that Darkling's army came in through, and lands face first a few feet away from it. The Time Hole, as said before, is outside Toadtown, which is locked shut.

Granny: I will completly diregard the fact that you think the person who has captured us and put the castle on lockdown is the current ruler of this Kingdom, and just keep walking.

Granny makes it to the bottom of the stairs and opens a door leading into a dungeon-like chamber.

Granny: Now it's here somewhere...

Granny: A light switch... aha!

Granny hits the light switch, and a dark area of the dungeon is lit, and an elevator appears.

Granny: Beacuse my son is... well, and idiot, I have taken over for him until he gets back, but it's seems now that I am no longer in charge... again.

Darkling appears by Koopakirby. He reaches for him, but his hand is suddenly blocked by a rather large sword.

Darkling: Who-?

Darkling turns his head to see Young Alanna standing there, holding her sword (which at this point, needs both hands to hold it).

Young Alanna: Don't touch him.

The elevator leads straight up and into a small cabin. Granny exits the cabin and is now in a meadow outside of the gates of Toad Town.

Pizza Toad: Maybe I can go live in Koopa Village until this whole thing ends. I certainly can't go back to Toadtown, they probably know we escaped by now, they will be looking for us.
