This poor looking carnival is run by the mean witch Grouth. It has been deemed the worst carnival in the magical realm, with it's broken rides and awful food. However, the only "decent" attraction in this carnival is it's Hall of Freaks, which houses some of the ugliest and dangerous creatures in the magicl realm. Ironically, this carnival was built across the Enchanted Carnival.

Grouth slowly walks up to the rusty gates of the carnival and unlocks them. She then turns, looks at the Enchanted Carnival, and snears before walking into her carnival.
