Dr. Eggman's former city. It now belongs to Metal Sonic, who has once again become Neo Metal Sonic and, unlike before, can assimilate other beings. Using this power, he took control of most of Eggman's robots (after the scientist was presumably killed during a battle with Sonic) and now rules his city, as well as several other places. One of the only ones who works for Metal Sonic that has not been assimilated by him is his general, HK-47.

Future Neo Metal Sonic and Future HK-47 (who is much larger than his present version) both appear in NMS' citadel.
