New Megaopolis (Sonic the Hedgehog Comic)

Kunari: Hey, sounds like a good idea. *enters the sewers*

Knuckles and Fang follow Kunari into the sewers, which are filled with toxic waste. Meanwhile...
Snively: ARGH! I'm not going to get anything done by standing around here!
Snively (yes, still inside of the Egg Lobster) leaves the store.

*Scratch and Grounder leaves the store with souvineers*

Snively: Do either of you have any ideas about where they could have gone off to?

Grounder: Hey, how should we know?!

Scratch: They're heading to the citadel, Dimbot!

Grounder: Huh?! Oh. Right.

Snively: And no one would be stupid enough to walk in through the citadel front door, so they must have gone into the sewers!

Scratch: What are you waiting for?! Get him!! *enters the sewers with Grounder*

Snively, still piloting the Egg Lobster, heads into the sewers.

*Kunari jumps into the exit and enters the citadel.*

As do Knuckles and Fang. Egg Hammers are patrolling the room.
Fang: I'll handle this.
Fang walks up to an Egg Hammer.
Fang: Alright, then, listen up! We're looking for the Master Emerald and...
The Egg Hammer smashes Fang into the floor with it's hammer.
Fang: Ouch...

*Kunari uses his Stunner to destroy the Egg Hammers.*

Fang gets back up and walks out of the room with Knuckles.

*So does Kunari*

The group ends up in a large room filled with machines building robots.

Kunari: Dang, this is one serious factory.

Knuckles: Hmm...I have a feeling the Master Emerald is nearby...
Knuckles and Fang start sneaking around the room. Meanwhile, Snively (piloting the Egg Lobster) arrives in the room the group were in earlier.

Kunari: We're getting close too. I think I see one over there. It's been used as a generator.

There is, indeed, a machine with the Master Emerald inside of it.

Kunari: How are we going to pull it out!?

Knuckles: We could always smash the machine...

Kunari: Sounds like a plan. *throws Bob-Ombs at the machines, destroying them.*

Knuckles then starts punching the machine with the ME inside of it, causing the ME to fall out.

*Kunari grabs the ME*

Kunari: Let's go!!

Suddenly, the Egg Lobster bursts into the room.
Snively: Oh, but we love having guests!

Scratch: Looks like you guys are outnumbered! BAH HAH HA HAAAAH!!!

Grounder: Yeah! And there is no escape!! So say your prayers, punks!!!

Kunari: Go ahead.. Make our day.. *whips out his Stunner*
