WB throws a bunch of bombs at Chilly.

Chilly: How could I lose? My plans were flawless.. But not anymore.. *Drops the Ice Bomb powerup.* Take this stupid power-up...

Pretty Bomber: Seeing as how you boys both already had upgrades, I think this one should be mine.
Pretty Bomber walks up to the Ice Bomb upgrade and touches it.

*Pretty Bomber gains the power to throw Ice Bombs.*

WB: Erm...alright.

Blizzard Man appears on the ice side of the galaxy's largest planet and sets up a base.

*Ice Koopa and Fire Koopa enter the toic, Ice Koopa goes to the ice planet, and Fire Koopa goes to the fire planet. They each plant a Nega Star on the planet. The Nega Stars start draining the energy of the planets*
Fire Koopa: It's working. Nega Guy will be pleased.

Ice Koopa: Will this thing hurry up? Wait, it's ready. *Ice Koopa's Nega Star turns into the Ice Star, and Fire Koopa's Nega Star turns into the Fire Star*
Fire Koopa: Phase 1 complete. Commence Phase 2.

Penguin: And?

Fire Koopa: With these stars, we will be able to create our own planets. *The two create an exact replica of the floating platforms of ice and fire*
