Toad Town and Peach's Castle (Super Mario)

Moon Soldier: I thought you like nighttime!! O_O;;

Anubis IV pulls a time trick, swapping himself, Domino, and Bahamut with three of the top Moon Knights. Since they're on top of the stack, they pummel all the piled-up Moon Knights.

*The black shadow suddenly sweeps over and merges with the shadow of a Shy Guy.*

But since there are more than Just Moon Knights, they are crushed.

Meanwhile...

Darkling floats over to the Shy Guy with the shadow. He Makes it Nighttime, then stabs the shadow.

*The shadow darts out from the Shy Guy's shadow, and it leaps out of the ground at Darkling at tremendous speeds, claws at the ready.*

Darklin freezes time (this time, characters, too) and stabs the creature rapidly.

OOC: Whew! e_e; Thank god I got my characters out in time.

*Each slash phazes through Shadow (getting too lazy, so I'll just hand out it's name).*

OOC: The only way to hit it is to wait until it becomes soild.

Darkling returns The Character's time to normal.

OK, fine. To be more specific, Anubis IV, Domino, and Bahamut were swapped with the top three whatevers of the pile, then pummeled the pile from above.

The three are attacked by their Anti-Selves.

*Shadow resumes his dive, and knocks Darkling to the ground. Shadow lands on him, and starts to claw at him. The black smoke around Shadow suddenly disappears once he starts to claw at Darkling.*

Darkling freezes time and rapidly slashes Shadow.

*Upon each hit, Shadow starts glowing red and it's normal black color, with the sound of a tennis shot (Mario Tennis) being heard when it is hit.*

Darkling continues.

<Bahamut> Yeek! Evil clones!
Bahamut kicks Domino Anti back. Anubis IV surges bands of light through the three Antis. Domino spreads Sleep Pollen onto Bahamut Anti and Anubis IV Anti, the pollen sending them to sleep.

*Eventually, Shadow explodes into black smoke, but Darkling's shadow suddenly disappears.*

Anti Domino attacks them using Domino's attacks.

Darkling returns time for the characters to normal.

*Shadow reappears, but as Darkling's shadow this time. It changes shape into that of Darkling, where it begins to mimic what he does.*

Anubis IV and Bahamut took the brunt of Anti Domino's blade strikes, but Domino parried the rest back, her Angelsoul growing in power with each one.

Death appears high above in the skies of Toad Town and looks down at all the chaos.

Death: Aaaaaahhh... What a great night for destruction.

Meanwhile, the little girl with the headless doll walks into the topic.

Anubis IV gets up and sees Death floating high in the sky.
<Anubis IV> Death? I-I can imagine why you're here, but...
Domino is struggling with Anti Domino, and Bahamut is helping in this fight.
<Bahamut> Death? You mean THE Death?

Death simply cackles at Bahamut's and Anubis IV's little comments.

*Since she could feel it's presence before, the girl with the headless doll should know that Shadow is here.*

The Anti Trio attacks the regular Trio.
