When peace reigned in Hyrule, Link was not free to rest. The Triforce called him to the land of Labrynna, as evil was stirring in this faraway land. In this land, an evil empress, Veran, took over the singer and Oracle of Ages, Nayru. Labrynna is inhabited by the same races as Hyrule and Termina, but unlike Termina, Labrynna has their own inhabitants that are special for their land, and obviously the land is not a parallel dimension, like Termina.

Nayru appears in a forest, playing her harp and singing as random animals watch.
