This is the metallic castle that belongs to Plantium. It's heavily guarded by metallic monsters.

Metal Commander: As you may know, we have been trying to take over the world. But our plans have foiled thanks to that meddling swordsman and his allies. But this time it will be different. We have found a new kind of element in Tallon. They are known as element Phazon. A blue substance that can burn a person with extreme power. We will power up our minions with Phazon ammo, and they soon will fear us.

Metal Commander: Oh yeah, Tallon isn't the only one that has Phazon. Ather has one.
