Elkenrod: Green and red ones, child.

Anthemia nods and starts picking mushrooms outside.

After picking some mushroooms outside, Anthemia walks back into the house and shows them to Elkenrod.

Anthemia: How are these, Miss Elkenrod?

Elkenrod: Fine, dear.
Elkenrod gets out some paperwork and... works on it.

*After Nonia finished setting up the ceremony, Kunari and Benika are getting married. I'm too lazy to do this so Kunari and Benika kissed and just got married. The two honeymooners leave the topic.*

Anthemia watches her work on the paperwork.

It's taxes, bills, official agreements and stuff. It's about as exciting as watching someone play Solitare.

OOC: Official agreements? And stuff?

IC:

Anthemia: Umm, Miss Elkenrod, have you ever thought of hiring someone to do your taxes for you?

OOC: "By signing this document, I hereby officially agree that I am in compliance with act blah blah blah and blah blah blah, and failure to comply with those acts will result in a fine of..." Yes, stuff.

IC:

Elkenrod: I can't find anyone who speaks Legalese who's willing to spend time doing taxes.

A D-Man in a suit falls down from the heavens ha ha, aren't I the funny one? and knocks on Elkenrod's door.

Elkenrod puts the paperwork down and answers the door.

Moneysworth: The name's Moneysworth, ma'm. I heard you need someone fluent in legalese that enjoys doing taxes.

The D-Man hands Elkenrod a card that reads:

Moneysworth Taxes and Stuff
You get your money's worth with Moneysworth

Elkenrod looks over the card, looking for the rate and stuff like that.

Since I don't really know much about tax rate, we'll just say that the rate and stuff are pretty good.

I was talking about his salary, but I'll assume that it's reasonable. Elkenrod puts the card in her pocket.

Moneysworth: Dead people don't really need any money, so you need not worry about paying me... I'm here to give you money!

Elkenrod: I thought you were here to do taxes.

Moneysworth: I am, madam, but I'm sure I can get money back for you as well!

Elkenrod: I'm not sure that's how taxes work, but whatever. Come on in.

OOC: I could have sworn it was possible to get refunded, but I could easily be wrong.

IC:

The D-Man walks in.

OOC: That's if you overpay.

IC:

Elkenrod shuts the door behind the D-Man.

OOC: Ah.

IC:

The D-Man looks around the house while Anthemia is looking at something on a shelf.

Elkenrod pulls up two chairs and sits down in one of them.
Elkenrod: Now tell me, dearie, why should I hire you instead of someone else?

The D-Man sits in the other chair.

Moneysworth: Because there is no one else You can rest assured Madam that I am very good at my job, and enjoy doing it. I graduated at the top of my class in college with honors, and I my fee is little to none.

Anthemia keeps looking around the house.

Elkenrod: LIES
Elkenrod takes down a few notes, observing the tone of voice and posture of Moneysworth as if that will help.

OOC: On a side note, I have a relative who believes she can tell if you're healthy by a sample of your hair.
