And how do you know that, Karasz?

Why not use Skype? I know what Ventrilo is and I have used it (no, I don't play Counter-Strike ), but why not use something that is a bit more user friendly and well-known amongst people?

Because Ventrillo is a voice chat program that lets you communicate with the other players throughout the game. I tried that one Ragnarok Online where we hunt down many High Orcs.

Not to mention, this is a good program. You won't have to use your keyboard to chat with.
