| A world adjacent to Plit (the Mario world), this world reveres the stars for their protection over the universe. It's connected to Plit by a big river called the Plimado River. The main town, Staramado Town, shimmers with azure grass, lovely flowers, and a beach with purple sand. But, since the land's enchanted by stardust, this is no surprise. | |

| Somewhere in the outskirts, in the cloudy canyons, Bahamut Aurorex, a dragon Familiar, was walking through. After some distance, he stopped the moment he heard a branch snap on the ground. Then, someone jumped out of the shadows, swinging a big combat fan. Bahamut quickly turned and parried the attack, and knocked the figure back with a shockwave. The figure, who turned out to be his friend Valkyrie Rouluna, rolled to her feet, then walked to Bahamut. <Valkyrie> That was better, wasn't it? <Bahamut> I guess. Have you seen Lava? I wonder if his reflexes are still good. <Valkyrie> Nah. He's testing Domino's. Just then, they heard Lava's voice. It was a big loud "Urk!!". Out of curiosity of the situation, Bahamut and Valkyrie went towards the source of that shout. They found Domino Tribal standing there, and Lava Yosh Starlet was also nearby, wedged halfway into the rocky canyon wall. <Lava> *cough* Y-eah, I think that's enough training for today. <Domino> Alright, alright... Domino turned her Angelsoul Keyblade into a Flower Flute and played two quick loud notes, calling to the other two. Pretty soon, Velvet T. Starlet and Fenrir Swiftak arrived. <Bahamut> How did you two fare? <Fenrir> ...She found me. Yet again... <Velvet> Well, you can't blame me. I AM a pro sniper. In any case, I don't think I'm a fair opponent for your stealth training. Fenrir brushed the dust off his shorts. <Fenrir> Yeah, no kidding. <Lava> Well, let's head back to town for now. It's getting late. | |

| The six returned to Staramado Town. It was nighttime, and the stars shimmered overhead, beautiful as ever. After bidding goodnight to one another, Fenrir and Valkyrie returned to their houses, and Lava, Domino, Velvet, and Bahamut returned to the Starlets' house. | |

| Suddenly, three black meteors land in Staramado Town. | |

| Quickly responding to this, Lava, Domino, Velvet, Bahamut, Valkyrie, and Fenrir rushed outside to confront these meteors (or whatever launched them). | |

| The meteors quickly shed away the outer shells, revealing two Gloom soldiers and The Ranger. | |

| Lava felt that these Glooms were a threat to Staramado, so he rushed in to attack them. Velvet fired at The Ranger to keep him away from Lava. | |

| In one swift motion, The Ranger takes out a katana and parries the shot. Meanwhile, the Glooms leap into the air and come spinning down towards Lava.

| Velvet sets her Ace of Spades, and it sucks the projectile back up for reuse later. Lava back-flipped and sent the Star Raider Keyblade swinging clean through the two Glooms. | |

| Said Glooms are carved in twain, but black gas emits from the wound and forms a new body to put the pieces back together. The Ranger simply watches. | |

| <Bahamut> Hmm... Bahamut fired Lasers (one of his most basic light spells) into the Glooms while Lava decided to go after The Ranger. | |

| The Glooms are hit and black smoke oozes off them as they scream. Meanwhile, The Ranger zips up to Lava at supersonic speed, and dances around him with the same speed while trying to slice him repeatedly. | |

| Lava holds up a Barrier to block out the slashes, then snags The Ranger's foot in his telekinesis field to trip him up. | |

| The Ranger uses this as an advantage to sling Lava into a tree. | |

| <OOC> ...How did Lava tripping The Ranger give him an advantage to sling Lava into a tree? It was a telekinetic field that tripped him--a spell made by Lava's mind. | |

| OOC: I could say "magic" and be done with it, but that would be cheating. So I'll say this: The Ranger isn't without powers either, and is capable of turning nearly any attack on the user. | |

| Lava quickly caught footing onto the tree, then walked down it to the ground. <Lava> OK...just what do you want?? | |

| The Ranger: Siin caluum ex dosira! It's clear that whatever language The Ranger is speaking, it isn't English or Staramadan. The Gloom soldiers leap at Lava once more. | |

| <Lava> Listen, we can't understand you! <Velvet> Maybe it's Latin...? In any case, Lava lobbed a volley of Star Bombs into the Glooms. | |

| More black smoke floats off the Glooms. Their skin starts peeling away, revealing suitcases underneath their skin. A faint ticking noise is heard. | |

| <Fenrir> Ack!!! Fenrir could tell what those suitcases are, and he immediately howled the Ballad of Gales, summoning cyclones that carried and threw the *coughbombscough* past Staramado's atmosphere towards deep space. <Fenrir> ...Nice try, Shady. | |

| The Ranger: Neesaok usarauk 'Shady'. The "coughbombscough" fall back down to Staramado, one landing in town and another landing in (whatever the most heavily wooded area is). The Ranger zooms off to retrieve the latter. | |
