This town is essentially one big marketplace. It's not the biggest town ever, but it can get by and defend itself. Mostly because of the weapon and armor vendors.

Unless he can swallow them whole, this doesn't happen. And even if he can, he gets poisoned from... something about the gold. I didn't really pay too much attention in science.
