Grimace's Lair (Original)

The real Dante tackles Mimi.

Mimi punches Dante.

Dante grabs Mimi by the throat and starts strangling her while Alex heads for the third pillar.

Mimi kicks Dante.

Dante continues strangling Mimi.

Mimi transforms back to normal. Since Mimi is smaller than Dante, she slips through his grip.

Dante tries to step on Mimi while Alex gets to the third pillar and notices that it's reinforced with a steel plating.

Mimi transforms into a Spiky Goomba.

This isn't going to help much, as Dante is huge and has thick scales. Meanwhile, Alex tries to pry the steel plating off, with no success.

So Mimi transforms into a Cheetah and runs to the other side of the room.

Dante gives chase.
Alex: ASHLEY! I need a hand!
Ashley: When don't you?
Alex: There's steel plating on this pillar that I can't remove.
Ashley: And... you expect me to do something, I presume.
Alex: Yeah. Could you melt it or something?
Ashley: Whatever.
Ashley pulls out a wand and starts waving it around and creating magical sparks, which cause Dante to turn his attentions towards her.

*Ayato, Hikari, and Yunna sits down, bored.*

Mimi transforms back into Dante to get his attention.

As Mimi should now be behind Dante (Ashley's near the beginning of the hall from where she exited, as are Isabella and Dante. If Mimi bolted to the other side of the room, she would be near Alex. Oh, and there are four pillars), the real one doesn't notice. He prepares to roast Ashley, but gets hit with bullets from Isabella, so he turns to her instead.

Mimi tackles the real Dante.

The real Dante bites Mimi's throat while Ashley sends the magic sparks towards the steel plating on the third pillar.

Mimi punches Dante.

Dante sinks his teeth in deeper while the sparks hit the steel plating, melting it.

Mimi continues punching Dante, hoping that the pain is worth it.

Not really. Alex, noticing Dante attacking Mimi, isn't sure which one is real, but he decides to forget it and whistles anyway. Dante then turns towards Alex and uses his teeth to toss Mimi towards him.

Mimi transforms into a Lakitu, and stops herself in midair.

Dante charges towards both Mimi and Alex, the latter of which dives out of the way.

As does Mimi.

Dante crashes into the pillar, collapsing it.
