Well, then. Since I am again the Prosecution, I will delight in this fact. The security guard that RC claims to have seen must be Francis, as he's the only chameleon employed by Canada to guard the Emperor. Unfortunately for the Defense...he will not be coming to this trial.

Oh. That old mystery? Yeah, that's easily explained. The guard in question was a newbie, and at the time he wrote the note, the flag where the murder didn't happen was being cleaned, leaving that wall bare. Also, as I have said before, RC would not be allowed in the other rooms beside the main room. As to who wrote it...he confesses to writing it...at request of the emperor.

Godot, you don't get my point. Why meet at the flag? If you noticed, you can see the entrance where the emperor entered can be viewed from anywhere in the room! Why would he have to stop at the flag? Shouldn't he just have said meet at the main room?

Photo shoot. Emperor meets with the common man-er...robot, has intellectual discussion, you get the idea. The Canadian flag would make such a great background for that, wouldn't you say? Unfortunately, the emperor's helicopter got in very early, so no press was there yet.

But Wouldn't the press be there early, too, so they can get the best spots?

Not really. The press was given an...altered arrival time. The press believed the emperor would arrive a full two hours earlier than he did.
