| Ha...! As to the real emperor's location...there's no way that has any relevancy to the case! And the meeting between RC and the emperor was planned since before the emperor was being targeted for assassinations! | |

| It's simple.
The emperor was a target of assassination, so, in an attempt to coax the killer out of hiding, the public was lead to believe he was coming two hours later than he was. Meanwhile, the real emperor switched with an actor, this was, at the time, known only to the actor and the emperor. Since RC killed the actor, we know that someone working on the inside had to have hired him to commit the murder, not knowing it was an actor he killed.

| Explain that one. There was only one flag in the room at time. The one I have has holes, but the photo shows no holes. How does that fit in with this? | |

| *drinks coffee* Is that relevant?
No, seriously, is it? Let's review what we know. The flag wasn't full of bullet holes the day of the murder when I was there. The only witness who says it was ever full of bullet holes is the defendant, who, honestly, cannot be considered perfectly honest since the guilty would lie to cover their crimes. So, Psi Guy. My photo shows an undamaged flag. The security guard says it was undamaged when HE saw the crime scene. I saw it in perfect condition when I was at the crime scene. In fact, up until YOU saw the flag, it was not riddled with bullet holes. So, Psi Guy, YOU explain that one. *grins*

| Because it's not a widely known thing, my inability to see red. No security guard would switch the flags, knowing I couldn't tell the difference because he wouldn't know I could tell the difference. | |

| I'm sorry, my short term memory loss kicked in again. Please explain the time the photo with the flag with bullet holes in it was taken. | |

| The day after murder, after the police arrived...and after my photo was taken!
Ergo, there's no reason to believe there were bullet holes...and plenty of them to believe there weren't!
