New Rule (READ IT, FOOLS)

I've noticed that recently, a LOT of people have been asking for staff positions as Mods/Admins (most likely because Karasz promotes them even if they have been there for a day). And I've gotten sick of it, to be honest. So, from no on, NO MORE ASKING FOR PROMOTIONS. If we want to promote you, we will. But, for now, we have enough Staff. Breaking this new rule will result in a warn.

@Shaymin: Ask Karasz, though we still have enough Staff at the moment.

He came on like 10 minutes ago to ask if he could be a mod. And also he made 5 posts back in august 2007. That makes him SO deserving of staff. (Again, No offense. >..>)
