OOC: You probably haven't watched Xiaolin Showdown before, so I'll forgive you for not knowing what the sapphire flames do.
When the Sapphire Dragon's fiery breath touches something, that something turns into a sapphire statue (unless, of course, the person who got hit is registered and their author doesn't allow them to) that generally follows the orders of the Sapphire Dragon.
