Meanwhile, Filler the Crabmeat is playing a game of Twister with his friends, Filler the Motobug and Filler the Kiki.

Filler: YOU CHEAT! YOU CHEAT! FILLER, YOU CHEAT![/Temple of Doom]
The High Platoon arrives at the Master Emerald shrine.

Filler: It's not my fault you suck!
Meanwhile, Knuckles and Julie-Su turn towards the High Platoon.
Knuckles: I'm guessing that's them...

Filler: It's not my fault you cheat!
Meanwhile, the Lowborns see the High Platoon.
Mach: Yes. We're lucky they don't see us yet.

Filler: How am I cheating?
Meanwhile...
Knuckles: So what do we do?

Filler: SHUT UP! That's how!
Meanwhile...
Mach: Well, first we...
"Alex" (who put his helmet back on between topics) sees Knuckles and co., pulls out his SMG, and aims it at them.

Filler: You want a piece of me, punk?
Meanwhile, Julie-Su pulls out her blaster and fires a laser at "Alex"'s hand. Meanwhile again, Sonic, Tails, and Amy enter the topic.

Filler: YEAH!
Filler leaps onto Filler and pummels him.
Meanwhile, "Alex's" hand is hit and he almost drops the SMG, but catches it again. Meanwhile again, Simba arrives in the topic by Sonic, Tails, and Amy.

Filler joins in the fight, attacking both Filler and Filler. Meanwhile, Julie-Su blasts the SMG itself. Meanwhile again...
Sonic: Hopefully, those guys aren't attacking Knux.
Sonic, Tails, and Amy head into the jungle.

All three Fillers are eaten by the Filler-Eating Pig of Over There. Meanwhile, "Alex" tosses the SMG into the air to get it out of the way, leaps into the air, grabs the SMG, and fires at Julie-Su. Mach then leaps up to "Alex" and punches him in the face, but a ninja-like member of the High Platoon leaps into the air, grabs Mach, and piledrives him into the ground. Meanwhile again, Simba follows Sonic, Tails, and Amy.

Julie-Su rolls out of the way and shoots more lasers at "Alex".

Due to gravity, Alex falls under the lasers and keeps firing at Julie-Su while the ninja slices Mach repeatedly. Samson then grabs the ninja and throws him to the side.

Knuckles glides towards "Alex" and punches him.

The armored figure who accidentally stepped on the Caterkillar walks up to Knuckles and punches him in the face. Being a big guy, this really hurts.

Knuckles holds his nose in pain before punching the armored figure. Meanwhile, Sonic, Tails, and Amy get close to the Master Emerald shrine.

Even for Knuckles, this is like punching a brick wall. Meanwhile, Simba loyally follows.

So Knuckles Spindashes into the armored figure.

This knocks the armored figure back slightly.
"Alex": Do that all you want, bud. Polyphemus can't be stopped by someone so weak!

Knuckles: We'll see who's "weak"!
Knuckles slams his hands into the ground and starts grunting.

While this is going on, "Alex" aims at Knuckles's back. Meanwhile, the ninja gets up and leaps in front of Julie-Su.

Julie-Su blasts the ninja, then sees "Alex" behind Knuckles.
Julie-Su: KNUCKLES! BEHIND YOU!
Knuckles turns around and sees "Alex". He then quickly pulls out a gigantic piece of earth from the ground and slams it into "Alex", sending him flying.

The ninja is blasted back, but throws explosive shuriken at Julie-Su. Meanwhile, a bolt of lightning strikes "Alex" as large, bat-like wings burst from his armor, stopping him from falling or flying into the distance.

Julie-Su is hit, but she fires more lasers at the ninja. Meanwhile, Knuckles then slams the piece of earth into Polyphemus as a blue ball suddenly collides into "Alex".

This hurts a bit and crushes Polyphemus's helmet, revealing the head of a large, green, bearded Cyclops (befitting his name). Meanwhile, "Alex" calls lightning from the sky to hit the blue ball. Meanwhile again, the ninja uses his ninja-like speed to dodge the lasers.

Knuckles slams the piece of earth into Polyphemus again. Meanwhile, the blue ball falls to the ground, revealing it to be Sonic.
Sonic: Now that wasn't very nice!
Tails and Amy then run into the battlefield. Meanwhile again, Julie-Su runs up to the ninja and tries to kick them.
