Don't get me wrong; I really don't agree with the no-4chan-memes rule since it's retarded (yes, they are boring but it shouldn't be prohibited) - and you can't even follow it.

If this can pass because it "was in the actual game" then 'desu' should pass because it's in Rozen Maiden and for the others I am pretty sure you have no absolute legitimate proof that say these unfunny memes originate from 4chan.

Of course you can't know that, and of course you can't know if the prohibited memes really do come from 4chan. But they have certainly all been used on those boards - so the rule should be changed to: "Mentioning of ANY memes on CCRPG is prohibited.", but that would be far too stupid, right?
