Alex: Don't forget he said he'd get revenge on me too. I'll beat some sense into him later.

MWB spreads his wings and dashes towards LWB with his claws ready to stab. LWB rolls off to the side and casts a Paint Ball at MWB, hitting him from behind and causing his wings to become useless. MWB turns around and casts a Shadow Ball at LWB, who dodges this as well.

Alex calmly watches the fight.

MWB runs after LWB, ready to tear him apart. LWB jumps over MWB and attempts to bash MWB on the head, but MWB catches LWB's brush and starts to slam him against the ground repeatedly.

Alex gets out a smoothie and starts drinking it while watching.

After several minutes of being slammed around, LWB lands on his feet and starts to swing his brush around while MWB is still holding onto the brush. At the peak of his spinning, LWB lets go.

LWB: So long MWB!

MWB crashes into a column and falls down.

The smoothie-drinking continues.

MWB glares up at LWB and chuckles.

MWB: You think you have me beat? *Forms right hand into a blade.* You're DEAD wrong!

At this point, the paint has dried and chipped off MWB's wings. MWB darts towards LWB with his blade hand ready to stab. LWB sees this and realizes he doesn't have anything to defend himself with, regretting ever letting go off his brush. LWB holds his arms up, to prevent seeing MWB getting closer, knowing that somehow this is going to be the end. MWB is a few feet away from LWB and sticks his blade hand out... only to get knocked back by a bright flash of light.

The flash of light also startles Alex, causing him to drop his smoothie. As that's one of the things you should never, ever, do, Alex is rather pissed.

LWB opens his eyes and moves his arms so he can see. Inside the light is the image of Merloco with his Star Wand out showing that it was he who deflected MWB's attack.

MWB: WHAT IS THIS!?!?

LWB: Merloco!?

Merloco turns to LWB with a look of joy in his eyes.

Merloco: Hey LWB...

LWB: Wha-What are you doing here!? You're supposed to be dead!

Merloco: I am dead LWB, but that doesn't mean you should be too.

MWB: THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Merloco: *Turns to MWB.* Nothing is impossible.

The image of E. Ternity appears next to the image of Merloco.

Alex: So, which one of you was responsible for the spilling of my smoothie?

E. Ternity: I guess that would be my fault and I am truly sorry Alexander, but we have a more dire situation at the moment.

E. Ternity turns to MWB, who is glaring at E. Ternity.

E. Ternity: MWB, why?

MWB: Why? I just wanted one wish, one stupid wish! But no! You couldn't grant me that wish!

E. Ternity: It's not like I could have done anything at the moment.

MWB: YOU LIER!!!

Alex: More pressing issues than the loss of a perfectly good smoothie? Whatever.

MWB: WHY CAN'T YOU JUST GRANT MY WISH NOW!?!?[/emo]

E. Ternity: Because your nothing but a self centered and selfish child.

MWB growls and the aura around him increases.

LWB: What's happening!?

E. Ternity: I'm afraid E. Nigma is behind this.

LWB: Oh for the love of--- WHY CAN'T HE JUST DIE AND LEAVE US ALONE!?!?

E. Ternity: He is dead, but at the last minute, he cursed MWB as soon as you all left Chaos.

LWB: Is there any way to break the curse?

E. Ternity: Find E. Nigma's remains.

LWB: His remains?

Alex turns to the wall and bangs his head on it repeatedly.

LWB looks up and notices a sheet of paper dangeling next to a hole on the castle's roof. On the paper is an image of a horn and cloak.

LWB: THERE IT IS!!!

MWB: OH NO YOU DON'T!!! I'll kill you first and then destroy the page!

LWB runs out of the throne room and starts to head upstairs. MWB simply flies up and grabs the page, chuckling.

MWB: This is too easy.

Alex, tired of "killing" the same person five times in the last ten minutes, leaves himself out of this and goes to get another smoothie.

LWB reaches the roof and notices MWB standing their with a demented smile and the paper in his hand.

LWB: ... MWB, I can help you. Just give me the page.

MWB: I don't need your help! I can do things on my own, thank you! Such as killing you!

LWB: MWB, that's not you talking. You're being influenced by the darkness.

MWB: Oh, it's me alright, and to tell you the truth, I've never felt better! Aside from a darker skin and these wings, it's nothing I can't adjust to.

MWB charges LWB and knocks him to the hole with his head dangling over the hole. MWB lands on top of LWB and starts choking him.

MWB: I never did like you LWB...

Meanwhile, on the ground, the image of E. Ternity and Merloco see that LWB is in trouble and start to concentrate. The light flow from them and into LWB, changing him into Light LWB. LLWB blasts MWB off with a burst of light.

LLWB: You might think you can do everything on your own MWB, but with friends you can do much more.

MWB: Keep your friendship crap to yourself!

LLWB: You still don't see the light...

LLWB starts to concentrate and channels all the light in him into a ball in the center of his palms. MWB attempts to charge LLWB, but LLWB blasts MWB with the ball of light, knocking him off the roof and forcing him to let go of the page. LLWB grabs the page and looks down at where MWB landed.

Alex is busy at a smoothie shop outside the castle, wondering why it takes someone seven minutes to decide between three choices of smoothie.

MWB lands on the bridge with an anticlimactic thud. He looks up and sees LLWB holding the page. LLWB holds the page up and tears it down the center.

MWB: NOOOO!!!

The left side of MWB's body turns back to normal, but the other side remains in it's shadow form. MWB stands up and clenches his side.

MWB: You may have won this battle Luigi Wanna-Be, but I assure you I will return and have my revenge on you and your friend!

And with that MWB runs out of the topic. LLWB reverts back to LWB. He looks up at the sun with a frpwn. He then senses a presence behind him and turns around. It's the image of Merloco and E. Ternity.

LWB: E. Ternity, Merloco, I'm sorry...

E. Ternity bends down and kisses LWB on the forehead.

E. Ternity: Don't be. You and Alex did the right thing.

LWB: Merloco...

Merloco: Don't worry LWB, so long as you still exist, our friendship will never die!

LWB smiles with tears in his eyes. The images of Merloco and E. Ternity start to float up into the air.

E. Ternity: LWB, take care of yourself and your friend.

Merloco: Bye LWB! Oh, before we leave, could you do me a favor?

LWB: Sure.

Merloco: I want you to go to Starborn Valley. There you will meet my friends and my father. Tell them I'm sorry I didn't make it back home.

The images fly higher into the sky and disappear. LWB looks down at the two pieces of paper in his hands and shreds them up into even tinier pieces. He throws the pieces off the roof and lets the wind catch them, blowing them out of Toad Town. However, a small black hole opens outside Toad Town and catches all the pieces, disappearing after catching the last piece.

Alex, tired, shoves the woman ahead of him at the smoothie shop (who STILL has not decided) out of the way, orders a Wild Berry smoothie, gets it, exits, and starts drinking it.

LWB walks back down stairs and exits the castle. He starts to wait on the bridge for Alex.

Alex heads to the bridge, still drinking his smoothie, pausing only to say the following.
Alex: So how'd it go?

LWB: I tore the sheet in half, but the only part of MWB went back to normal. He also said he wants to get revenge on us.

Alex: Another person who wants to get revenge on me? Must be Thursday.
