Morbul:
Advantages: Immortality, can call meteors, has all sorts of dark powers, incredible speed and strength
Disadvantages: Well, as you said, he somehow lost his immortality.

Necros:
Advantages: Really powerful magic, teleportation, limited control of a bunch of freaks in Horroria
Disadvantages: Completely insane, bad real estate choice

The Gloom:
Advantages: Sheer numbers, can only be killed by light
Disadvantages: Suicidal without prodding from The Ranger or The Shade, physically much weaker than Morbul or Necros
