The Floating Island (Cave Story)

Yoko looks over at Alex in amazement.

Yoko: ALEX!!!

Julius: Alex!?

Merloco: WTF!?!?

The rest of the White Platoon has a similar reaction. Morbul removes Entropy and tosses it back at Alex, who barely has time to duck out of the way, then grab it by the handle.
Misery: BALROG! You fly up to the roof and shoot missles at the turtle from there! I'm going to throw these meteors at him.
Balrog: But wouldn't the plan you have for me be really inconvien...
Misery: YOU FLY UP TO THE ROOF AND SHOOT MISSLES AT THE TURTLE FROM THERE.
Misery winks at Balrog, hoping that he has enough of a brain to get her plan. Thankfully, he does.
Balrog: Ohhhhh. I get it!
Balrog flies up to the roof through one of the holes in it as Misery telekinetically picks up the meteor on Merloco and throws it in Alex's general direction, missing poorly.

Merloco catches on and gets up to his feet.

Merloco: Yoko, move out of the way or you'll get hit!

Yoko: I'm not leaving Julius!

Merloco: JUST DO IT!!!

Yoko sighs in anger and runs over to Merloco.

Misery picks up another meteor (the one on Julius) and tosses it at Alex, who dodges (even though he doesn't need to) and attempts to slice Morbul, who quickly generates a Black Blade and blocks.

Julius quickly gets up and regroups with Merloco and Yoko.

Merloco: Now what?

Yoko: We can't exactly let Alex do all the work!

Yoko casts four thunder balls at Morbul.

Morbul jumps behind Alex to dodge the thunder balls, then kicks Alex into them. Alex quickly tucks into his shell before he can hit them. Misery then picks up the meteors over Duma and Dr. Y and throws them at... the wall.

Yoko: Sorry!

Alex: *Muffled* No problem. I didn't feel a thing.
Morbul: Oh, you will.
Morbul slides under Alex and kicks him towards the wall by Dr. Y. As Alex passes the good doctor, he gets out of his shell and grabs Wrath before smacking into a wall. Misery gets the meteors off of the rest of the White Platoon.

OOC: The High Platoon's there? ZOMG!

OOC: The names are really similar. Heck, the High Platoon is just the High Men version of the White Platoon!

Julius jumps into the air and attempts to drop kick Morbul.

Morbul is hit and stabs Julius through the leg.
Alex: The guy's dangerous at close range... sorry I didn't tell you earlier...
Alex jumps at Morbul and attempts to stab him with both blades. Morbul removes the Black Blade from Julius's leg in order to block.

Julius falls down onto his back and covers his leg to prevent anymore blood from spilling out. Yoko and Merloco run over to him and drag him away from the battle.

Merloco: This wound looks deep.

Yoko: Let me...

Yoko places both of her hands on Julius' leg and a green aura channels from her hands, into the wound.

Morbul tries to strike Alex repeatedly and Alex barely has time to block. Misery finally tosses the meteors at Morbul, who leaps back to dodge them. Alex also leaps back and the meteors create a large cloud of dust that surrounds Morbul. The various members of the White Platoon get up and the ones with ranged weapons aim them into the cloud of dust.

Julius and Merloco watch as Yoko continues to heal Julius.

Suddenly, Morbul leaps out of the cloud, slices Alex repeatedly and faster than the eye can see, then boots him into a wall. Alex gets up, though he looks dazed.
Alex: Why, thank you, Andre. I'll have the veal piccata.
Alex collapses to the floor as the White Platoon rushes over to him.

After finishing healing Julius, Yoko and Merloco run over to Alex. Julius gets back up and stands between the Platoon and Morbul, his whip ready in one hand and a bottle of holy water in the other.

Even though Morbul is outnumbered, he doesn't exactly look scared.

Julius gets into a ready stance.

Morbul summons a Demon Head that rockets at Julius.

Julius throws the bottle of holy water at the Demon Head.

The bottle breaks on contact as the Demon Head rams into Julius, doing a lot more damage than a head should.

Julius does his best to push the Demon Head off and whips it.

The Demon Head is hit, then flies in circles around Julius.

Julius: ... Lead the target...

Julius pulls out a cross and throws it infront of the Demon Head's way.
