*The clown, who happens to have superhuman strength, throws the robots off. He attacked the guard and steals the key to The Joker's padded cell. NOW, he is breaking The Joker out.*

The guard doesn't even have the key to Joker's cell. Joker himself does, though everyone else (unregistered, at least) thinks it's safely with Jeremiah Arkham. The Joker is too busy thinking of "another joke to share with Batsy" to escape.

OOC: Isn't there any escaped criminals?

OOC: I think thats up to Alex, considering he has most of them.

OOC: The Penguin is in the Iceberg Lounge, but he's "legitimate" now. The Riddler's also loose, but he hasn't done anything yet. I'm pretty sure Bane isn't in Arkham, either.

And why do you want Joker loose? Just so Sailor Moon or whoever can try to beat the crap out of him?
