Well, if the vat is tipped over, and the lemon was in the vat of pudding, technically yes, it would still be in the pudding.

*The lemon moves away from the pudding, steals the ruby, and sticks it in its head*

According to Karasz, this would make it stupid.

*But since it is a lemon, it has no brain*

Anything that can talk has to have a brain of some sort. Even Lakuta.

The Lemon dies and returns back to a normal lemon, though it has been fused with the ruby and it grows to the size of a human.

One of the cultists walks up to the lemon and slaps it. This somehow knocks the ruby loose.

Though the lemon is still huge and still rotting.

A hobo runs in and starts trying to eat the lemon.

*The hobo turns into a superhero*

The Lemon regrows the part that was eaten.

*The hobo flies off to fight crime*

No one cares about the lemon or hobo.

Random People start disappearing.

*The pudding explodes*

The reason people are disappearing turns out to be the fact that the lemon is eating them and slowly growing larger.

Incredibly fake blood drips onto the lemon. In fact, it's probably chocolate syrup.

Lemon: THIS ISN'T BLOODDDD!

The Lemon spits the Chocolate Syrup onto the Headless Monkey, which is still squatting.

Pudding then drops onto the lemon. Several people have been lowered into the lukewarm chocolate pudding over the years, so there's likely some blood mixed in.

The Lemon eats the blood and the dead bodies. It grows and breaks the container or whatever that is holding all the pudding.
