Toxin stops, turns around, and starts swinging towards Spider-Man.

Toxin climbs up the building.

Toxin: I'm bored. Want to do something?

Spider-Man: Not much to do. Tonight seems pretty peaceful for a change.

Toxin: Well, we might as well wait for something to happen...Good news for me, I hear Carnage is out of town.

Spider-Man: Do you know where he went?

Toxin: Maybe Copper Town. Why? Wanna go after him?

Spider-Man: Well, considering that he's a bloodthirsty serial killer, yeah.

Toxin: Then let's go.

Spider-Man nods and leaves the topic.

Toxin follows.

Toxin appears on the top of a random building.

Spider-Man appears by Toxin.
Spider-Man: Hopefully, Carnage will rear his ugly head around sometime soon. Until then, see ya!
Spider-Man webslings off.

Toxin: Goodbye.

Toxin jumps off the building and webslings just as he is about to hit the floor.

Meanwhile, the Beetle enters the topic and flies after a truck transporting quite a lot of money. Meanwhile again, Spider-Man arrives at his and Mary Jane's apartment, takes off his costume, and slips into some normal clothes. Mary Jane then walks up to him.
Mary Jane: Hey, tiger. What's new with you?
Peter: Just went after a super-powered serial killer. You know. The usual thing.

Toxin notices this and Chases after the Beetle.

The Beetle sees Toxin.
Beetle: OH, COME ON!
The Beetle flies up higher.

Toxin slings up higher, then fires web at one of The Beetle's wings.

The Beetle, unable to fly because of this, falls onto a building roof.

Toxin lands on the Same Roof.

The Beetle turns towards Toxin and shoots two blasts from his hands at him.

Toxin rolls out of the way and punches Beetle.

The Beetle blasts Toxin in the face at point-blank range.

At the same time, Toxin punches the Beetle again, then ties The Beetle's hands together.

The Beetle repeatedly kicks Toxin.
