Gotham City (Batman)

Victorian: What mah friend done did don't apply ta me. Besides, ya were in his way, he asked ya to move, and ya didn't.

Batman: That didn't give him the right to attack me.

Victorian: From what I hear of ya, ya seem ta have no problem attackin' people for no good reason.

Batman: All of them were criminals and they deserved it.

Victorian: So I assume Nightwing is a vicious criminal?

Batman:...
Batman punches the Victorian in the face.

The sound of something clanging against metal is heard as Batman hurts his fist more than the Victorian, who removes his cloak to reveal what appears to be a human with a cowboy hat, bandanna over the mouth, and other cowboy clothes on. The cowboy (Let's call him Billy) pulls out two pistols and fires at Batman.

Batman rolls out of the way.

Billy keeps trying to shoot Batman.

Batman throws Batarangs at Billy's hands.

Billy rolls out of the way, springs back up immediately, and continues trying to shoot Batman.

Batman dodges and does the same thing as before.

Billy rolls out of the way, but flicks a lever at the top of his guns, sending two large nets out toward Batman.

Batman gets caught by the nets.

Billy shoots Batman in the knee, Jack Bauer style, then holsters his guns and leaves Pagliacci Painters.

Batman graps his knee in pain before cutting the nets up with a Batarang.

Billy heads back to Ripper's factory hideout.

Batman limps out of Pagliacci Painters and into the Batmobile. He then pulls out the bullet and starts giving himself medication.

Victorian 3: It appears none of you can do anything right.
Billy: An' ah suppose you can?
Victorian 3: Naturally. It is nighttime, yes? I am more suited to the dark than any of you.

Meanwhile, Batman fully recovers and drives to Costume Shipping Inc.

The third Victorian also heads to the building.

Batman gets out of the Batmobile and enters the building.

The shipping company does not appear abandoned. Several costumes are in crates, hanging on wires, and in various other places, but no one (besides Batman) seems to be in right now.

Batman starts walking around.

*Calvin and Hobbes' Box flies them right next to Batman*
