Gotham City (Batman)

Tsukoyomi tries to whip/slice Batman once more from his vantage point.

Batman is hit and somehow knocked out.

Tsukoyomi leaps down from the wire and flees into the night.

Batman wakes back up.

Meanwhile, Tsukoyomi heads back to Ripper's factory.
Billy: Well, looky here. Mister Purdy Boy Ninja's back with no Harley in tow.
Tsukoyomi: Stop talking.
Billy: Make me.
A fourth Victorian takes out a flute and plays it to drown out the sounds of Billy and Tsukoyomi arguing.

Batman heads back to the Batmobile and gets inside.

Once Billy and Tsukoyomi are done arguing, the fourth Victorian heads out for Happy the Clown's Birthday Service.

Batman drives towards Happy the Clown's Birthday Service.

The thugs are still hard at work making the giant balloon animals.

Batman stops outside the building.

The Victorian is a ways behind Batman, but still can see Happy the Clown's Birthday Service.

Batman gets out and enters the building.

The Joker sees Batman.
Joker: YOU!
The Joker turns to his goons.
Joker: STOP HIM! He'll destroy the balloons!
The thugs let go of the balloons, but in doing so send forth large gusts of air that push everyone in the room to a wall.

Batman rubs his head upon hitting the wall.

The Victorian enters the building and, strangely, doesn't get blown to the wall. He then pulls out a flute and starts playing it, causing a genie-like drone to appear and dance around, spreading knockout gas everywhere.

Batman: What the...?
Before Batman can finish, he breathes in the knockout gas and collapses.

So do the goons, Harley, and the Joker. Ripper and the rest of the Victorians head for Happy the Clown's Birthday Service.

Batman can't really do much.

Ripper (putting on a gas mask and iron boots) and the Victorians enter the building. The former walks over to the Joker's goons and slices their throats open, killing them. He then drags off the Joker while Sigfried and the seventh Victorian carefully pick up Harley and carry her off. All of the non-dead people registered by me leave the building, willing or not.

Batman wakes back up.
Batman: I'm getting tired of being knocked out...

The Joker and Harley are taken to the Ripper's factory, where the former is tied to a chain hanging over a large vat of smelting oil, thermite, or whatever it's called and the latter is put on a chair.

Meanwhile, Batman starts looking for some sort of clue as to where Joker and Harley Quinn were taken to.

One of the Victorians carelessly left a business card on the ground.

Batman picks up the business card.

The card reads "Ye Olde Smelting Co."
