Gotham City (Batman)

Ripper tosses Robin at a wall, knocking some of the wall tiles off and revealing electrical wires underneath.

*Meanwhile, Gruth heads to the auto shop*

Gruth: Hmm, I need to find me some upgrades for my vehicle. *to Clerk* Excuse me, do you have a machine gun for my invention? I may not only use it to fly, but for combat.

Batman kicks Ripper into the wires.

Ripper's knifes hit the wires, sending an electrical current through Ripper's body and causing him to scream and convulse in pain.

Batman watches, hoping that Ripper isn't permanently damaged.

Eventually, the electricity flow to the room stops, making Ripper stop getting electrocuted and the lights to all go off.

Batman and Robin walk around the room cautiously.

The Ripper rips his blades out from the wall.

Batman and Robin get out more Batarangs.

The Ripper woozily walks towards Batman and Robin while his "arms" hang limply at his sides.

Batman and Robin get ready to throw the Batarangs.

Ripper gets in Batman's face.
Ripper: You really suck, you know that?
Ripper falls to the ground, unconcious.

Robin: Well...that works!
Batman says nothing as the police (finally) enter the room and proceed to put cuffs on the unconscious Ripper and his gang.

Random Police Officer: You know, this would probably work better if we put his fake arms back on. I mean, these pointy things are both pretty narrow and can probably cut through the cuffs.
Random Police Officer 2: Good idea.
The second RPO takes the cuffs off Ripper, puts Ripper's prosthetic arms back on, and puts the cuffs back on.

Batman and Robin leave Wayne Enterprises and hop back into the Batmobile.
Robin: So who was that guy?
Batman: I'll leave finding out who he is to the police...for now.

Harvey Bullock and Renee Montoya enter the crime scene and look around, Harvey heading right for Ripper.
Harvey: So who's this clown?
RPO: We don't know. We didn't bother to unmask him.
Harvey: Well, unmask him already! Sheesh. It's hard to get good help these days...
The RPO takes Ripper's disguise off, revealing the rather unremarkable face of Jackie Cooper beneath the monocle.
Harvey: I'd say the butler did it if I knew who this palooka was.

Meanwhile, the Batmobile drives back into the Batcave while Bane, Clayface, and Killer Croc appear in different parts of the city.

The Riddler, the Scarecrow, and the Penguin do the same, the Penguin staying in the Iceberg Lounge.

Meanwhile, Batman and Robin get out of their costumes and head back into Wayne Manor.

Harvey: We'll just put this kook on trial tomorrow.
Unbeknownst to anyone, Ripper opens his eyes and grins before faking unconciousness once more. The police continue to search the area.

Meanwhile, Barbara keeps studying at Gotham University.

William, Louis, and George wake up... and are promptly dragged to the waiting prisoner transport vans outside while Ripper is carried out of the building on a stretcher.

The security guards that were knocked out earlier also wake up.
Security Guard: Ouch...

The robot that KO'd the security guards deactivated when Ripper lost conciousness (for a few seconds. The rest was just him faking it.)

A policeman walks up to Harvey.
Policeman: What should we do with the robot?
