The Floating Island (Cave Story)

Scourge is hit, but Boomer, still badly injured, gets back up and fires more blasts at Quote.

Quote flies out of the way of the blasts.

Boomer keeps blasting.

Quote keeps flying out of the way while Curly shoots Boomer with the Machine Gun.

Boomer is knocked back down, but Fiona kicks Curly from behind.

Curly turns around and shoots Fiona.

Fiona kicks Curly again.

Quote boosts behind Fiona, lands, and shoots her with lasers.

Scourge spindashes Quote.
Scourge: No one hurts MY girl!

Quote would say something along those lines if he could talk. Instead, he blasts Scourge with LAZORS.

Scourge is knocked into Alicia and Miles, who were both trying to get back up.

Both Quote and Curly shoot at Fiona.

Fiona collapses.

Having apparently beaten all of the Supression Squad, Quote and Curly run into Arthur's house and lock the door.

A sword stabs through the door.
Patch's Voice: How dair you forget about me!

Quote calmly opens the door and blasts Patch with another fully charged Shift laser.

OOC: I really cannot take Patch seriously.

OOC: Neither can I. I'm pretty sure he's supposed to be the cannon fodder. =P

IC:

Patch is sent flying again.

OOC: After all, he did run away from Amy. FREAKIN' AMY.

IC:

Quote closes the door. Meanwhile, in the Sand Zone, Morbul gets up.

The only Suppression Squad member who looks like he's about to get up is Miles...if he wasn't trapped underneath Alicia and Scourge.

Quote, Curly, Kazuma, Sue, and the Mimigas stay inside. Meanwhile, Morbul heads towards Mimiga Village.

Patch lands in front of Morbul.

Morbul just stares at Patch.

Patch gets up, sees Morbul, and screams like a little girl.

Morbul generates a Black Blade.

Patch: VAIT! PLEEZ DON'T HURT ME!
