Toxin slings away.

Throughout the city, it becomes incredibly dark. So much so that you can barely see the Gloom soldiers.

Toxin goes to a lighthouse and turns it on, hoping that it will lure the Gloom Soldiers inside.

Several Gloom Soldiers twist into the lighthouse and head for the top of the lighthouse.

To their inconvenience, Toxin has planted a bomb there. The Bomb Explodes as Toxin Webslings away. The Lighthouse Is instantly rebuilt.

The Gloom Soldiers are blown apart, but piece themselves back together and tear the lighthouse beacon apart, trying to look for the light source and being sorely disappointed that it's artificial light.

The second bomb goes off.

The lighthouse does not respawn this time, but the Gloom Soldiers do.

The Third bomb goes off in the remains of the Lighthouse.

OOC: What is their weakness?

OOC: If you read the biography, you'd know that light is their weakness, but their very existence is agony, so they "eat" light to try and destroy themselves. That's why a lot are sent to one location.

OOC: Then why don't they just let Toxin kill them?

OOC: He doesn't use light as a weapon.

OOC: Let's pretend that it was nighttime before, ok?

IC:

Toxin: LOOK! The Sun is coming up!

The sun indeed comes up... but the spell of the Gloom soldiers is so powerful that no light shines regardless.

Toxin lights a match and waits for the gloom soldiers.

Ten Gloom soldiers surround Toxin.

Toxin sets one of the souldiers aflame.

The soldier is hurt, but not destroyed. One of the soldiers swallows the match whole.

Toxin: You want to die, right? So just let me keep setting you guys on fire so you can hurt yourselves with the light.

OOC: That's not exactly how it works. He'd need light magic or something like that. Artificial light (produced by lighthouses, flashlights, matches, etc.) doesn't hurt them.

Toxin: Darn. Let's see...I can help you.

Toxin lights another match and slings out of the topic.

The Gloom Soldiers, having realized that the matches won't help them, don't follow Toxin.

Toxin re-appears.

Toxin: Just follow me!

The Gloom soldiers ignore Toxin.

Toxin: Do you want me to help you or no?
