Ramses pulls out his hawk rifle and aims it at... Aya.
Ramses: The instant you try to attack me, she will die.

Julius glares at Ramses while Arikado simply stares.

Arikado: Hmph... Stand down Julius...

Julius: What!?

Arikado: I said stand down.

Julius looks at Arikado for a while before putting up the Vampire Killer.

Ramses puts down the hawk rifle.
Ramses: I'm glad we could work something out.
Ramses pulls out a proximity mine, attaches it to the doorway, and arms it before backing away.

Shadling continues drinking his beer nonchalantly.

Julius: *Thinking: Great, now we're stuck in here with a gang of thieves and bounty hunters.*

Yoko: *Thinking: This isn't good.*

Arikado: *Thinking: Think, Alucard, think...*

Arikado suddenly has an idea.

Arikado: I have a challenge for you.

Ramses: I'll pretend I'm interested and listen.

Shadling finally caves in and begins listening.

OOC: Wasn't the Door kicked down? >.>

OOC: Ramses put the mine in the doorWAY, not on the door itself.

Arikado: Since we are in a bar, I think it would be appropriate to challenge you to a drinking contest. If I win, you free Aya and let us go. If you win, I will pay you handsomly and let you keep Aya.

Aya: WHAT!?!?

Ramses: You won't take it personally if I don't accept? Because even if I won your little "drinking contest", there would be others who would try to get her. One should be on his way soon, and if I was drinking, then he could find a way to "save" her while I was distracted. He's why I set up the mine.

Shadling: Can't beat that logic, mate.

Julius: *To Shadling.* Who asked you?

Ramses turns to Shadling.
Ramses: Might I reccomend keeping out of other people's business in the future?

Shadling: Just stating my opinion, mate.

Alex arrives outside the Rotten Rabbit and tries to kick down the door. As it has already been kicked down, he has little success, a fact that he doesn't seem to realize, as he tries several more times.

Shadling and all the unregistered characters all stare at Alex.

Julius, Yoko, and Arikado see Alex.

Yoko: ALEX!!!

Alex: Hey, guys! I think there's something wrong with this door!

Julius: The door is down, Alex. I already knocked it down... Wait, ALEX, GET AWAY FROM THE DOOR WAY!!!

Alex quickly dives out of the way as the mine explodes (delayed reaction, I guess).

Everyone continues staring for a moment, then go back to what they were doing.

Yoko kneels down and hugs Alex.

Yoko: Oh Alex, you're alright! Wait, where are your scars? And shouldn't you be referring to yourself as the Huntsmaster?

Alex looks at Yoko as if she's crazy.
Alex: What are you talking about?
Meanwhile, Ramses pulls out a sniper rifle and aims at Alex.

Yoko sees Ramses aiming at Alex and pushes him away.

Ramses ends up firing and hitting Yoko.
Alex: Hey!
Alex bursts into the Rotten Rabbit and tackles Ramses to the ground.
